The challenge

Wolferstans wanted to modernise its learning and development (L&D) offering.

While it had previously used another online compliance-focused training provider, The Professional Alternative provided a new approach that they wanted to explore.

David Price, who became Head of Talent and CX in late 2024, recalls: “I wasn’t necessarily looking for a new solution at the time when I took on the role. However, when I learned about The Professional Alternative and its potential to modernise and expand our L&D provision it seemed really promising.”

Although the rollout is still ongoing, David has praised the onboarding experience and support from The Professional Alternative’s team.

“From the very first conversation, nothing felt pushy or generic. The client success team have since continued that personalised approach into our onboarding with platform.”

While Wolferstans is still in the early stages of implementation, David is confident in the platform’s potential.

“It’s early days, but the signs are all positive,” David added. “The Professional Alternative has shown us what a modern, tailored learning experience can look like in the legal sector.”
