Choice matters too. While compulsory courses like Anti-Money Laundering or Cyber Awareness must be completed, giving staff the option to explore other topics helps them take ownership of their development and find more value in what they’re doing.

There are so many different ways to learn, from reading to listening to watching to doing a practical activity.
